NCCSS Conference Dates - April 24-25
The NCCSS Executive Board and Directors are pleased to share that the 2025 NCCSS Conference, which was postponed due to the Governor’s State of Emergency with the incoming winter storm, has now been rescheduled for April 24-25. The conference will take place at the Koury Convention Center in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Using resources from “Women & the American Story” (WAMS), the New York Historical’s free online curriculum guide, learn how to seamlessly integrate these significant, yet often overlooked, stories into your classroom practice. This session will model inquiry-based activities that can strengthen students’ critical thinking skills when studying US History.
