Bill Norton is a public speaker, author, and expert on the principles of liberty and the U.S. Constitution. He co-authored The Miracle of America, Speaking the Language of Liberty, and Behind the Bill of Rights. For 20 years, Bill has worked with the National Center for Constitutional Studies (NCCS), developing educational content, delivering Making of America seminars in 48 states, and advancing a broad spectrum of civics education programs.
Bill is the creator of Self-Government Works, a simulation-based educational program that engages students in creating and running classroom governments. He holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and is a Visiting Scholar at Bellevue University, where he develops impactful civics education programs.
He is the former chairman of the Arizona State Constitutional Commemoration Committee, co-founder of Constitution Week USA, and a recipient of the George Washington Honor Medal from the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge.
Bill also serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Self Governance and has operated a successful contracting company in Arizona for over 35 years.
